KEVIN went above and beyond to help me get a wonderful car that I absolutely love! I came into Kia of Bradley in full crisis mode after my old car experienced a catastrophic engine failure. Within minutes, KEVIN calmed my nerves and assured me he would be able to me a car that fit my budget. He throughly explained all of the options available to me, and was straight forward about the pros and cons of each option. Recently received a letter for a recall in the mail for my vehicle. Brittany had everything set up with Josh and the service department to get the parts and install them for me within 48 hours. Josh also washed my vehicle. I greatly appreciate the kindness and effort shown to me from all involved to keep me and my vehicle safe. We just brought home a brand new car yesterday. Robert was fantastic helping us out and getting a better understanding of how to finance a car. Update**** My daughter wanted a Kia hamster, but they were out of stock. I spoke with the cashier and she said she would order me one and send it to me but it could take a few weeks. 1 week after buying the car, my daughter received a package and they sent her the Kia hamster! Bought a Sportage. Quite happy. Great salesmen and service and management. And who could complain about 10 years of FREE oil changes?! Definitely recommend this dealership.

Our son is a student at a nearby University. His car would not start (Kia Forte) and because of the cold we thought it could be battery related. I called this dealership and spoke to Thomas who was kind and genuinely helpful. We are in another State and were a little concerned how everything would get taken care of. The car was towed to the dealership that same morning, the battery replaced as well as a multi point inspection completed and emailed to us. Our son was able to pick his car up later that afternoon and the whole process could not have been easier. I highly recommend the service at this dealership and we are grateful for all their help in our situation.

It's been awhile (July 1st) since I purchased the vehicle of my dreams (2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe) from Kia of Bradley, but I want to give a big shout out to their entire team of professionals. After many months of searching I chose a vehicle from Kia, driving through 3 states and with me having serious anxiety this is a major accomplishment. So i bought a car here a couple days ago and when i went in there i had a car in mind and right off the bat the salesman Kevin let me know they found problems with it the day before so he found me another one with everything i was looking for and he negotiated with me so i didn’t have to spend anything over my budget. I didn’t catch the owners name but he was also pretty amazing. He made it a point to thank us for coming when we got there and he made sure he came to talk to us about the car i was buying and was real down to earth and easy to talk to. The rest of the staff was awesome as well everyone made eye contact and greeted us. If you’re buying a car and you go anywhere but Kia of Bradley you’re making a mistake !!

I am so pleased with my new Kia Sportage! It is a pleasure to drive and has amazing safety and convenience features. I looked at several other models but I couldn't find anyone that matched Kia's five-year, 60,000 mile warranty. Kia of Bradley is a great place to shop for a car. I was treated in a very friendly and courteous manner by everyone that I met.
